In Friday for our golden time we made catapults.We also did a competition some catapults sent the ping pong ball flying and some going straight.it was really fun we had some winners and some who lost. this was linked to our study about the medieval times our winners where Datha,Kassidy and Kim. Survival Swimming

This week, we returned to the Aquatic Centre for our follow up assessment.  Many students who had not made it to 200 metres in week 1 are now able to swim that distance.  Well done everyone.  We also had some survival lessons in the deep pool which were greatly enjoyed by everyone.

Goldentime Paper Challenge

Today, the Room 3 students were given a piece of A4 paper and the challenge was to create the longest continuous piece of paper by cutting or tearing the paper. Charlie was the winner with a strip of paper 12 metres long, followed closely by Gert (11 metres) and Harold (10 metres). Great effort.

Pasta Sauce in Room 3

Today we made pasta sauce for our lunch. It was so yummy.
