Today our group worked with Mrs Kemp. We had to show what our money would look like in the place value house. We then had to write the figure down we had we had in our place value house.

The next lot of money was a bit harder to place. We had 3 Hundreds, 4 tens and 11 ones.

We ran into a problem when we had to write the figure down and as we counted our money it was pointed out that we could make 10 ones into 1 ten leaving 1 one.
